At Starbit, one of our biggest commitments, and one of the ways in which we continue to innovate and push boundaries, is the level of continued support we offer to clients. For us, this is absolutely critical - we want clients to feel that we are there for them over the long term and equally responsive in good times and bad.

We are specialists in hosting, maintenance, and support for Drupal and WordPress websites, most of which tend to be those we’ve designed and developed from scratch, but we’re also able to provide rapid support for existing website emergencies, or update and upgrade to migrate sites onto our platform.

Tailored Training

Before you go live, you’ll want to know all the ins and outs of managing your website content and functions. To this end, we host professional training sessions (either face to face in our fully equipped training room, or via video conference with screen sharing) and can supply specially tailored documentation for future reference.

Our training staff are the same people who have designed and built your website, so you’ll already trust that they speak normal person language and won’t bombard you with incomprehensible technical jargon. Following this, we’re always available on the phone or by email to answer queries and help build confidence. 

Future Evolution

Our hosting and support offering ensures that your website is secure and always available, even with heavy or unpredictable traffic. Our hardware is instantly scalable and features geo-redundancy, so if one server, or even a whole data centre, goes down, access to your site will be switched seamlessly. Regular back-ups keep your latest content safe and you’ll have the option of a dedicated phone number for out of hours emergencies.

What a lot of people forget is that a website should never be thought of as perfectly finished. Web technologies advance at a bewildering pace and your site can quickly fall behind your sector peers if you don’t allow some time for iteration. To this end, we’ll never rest on our laurels and leave your site sitting - we’ll check in and arrange a follow-up at least once a year. We can help guide you on reviewing analytics, collecting user feedback, and planning design and functional changes that will improve user experience, save you time and/or make you more money.
